In 2023, Dilekerei bakery underwent a redesign in collaboration with Unique Factory, a Bosnian studio known for its contemporary yet grounded approach. The space is defined by minimal wooden elements and a restrained palette, allowing the architecture to feel calm and timeless. All chairs and sofas were custom‑made by Artisan in Bosnia and Herzegovina, bringing a tactile authenticity to the café’s seating and reinforcing the connection to Balkan craftsmanship.
Founder Dilek introduced her own sensibility into the space, subtly informed by her Turkish heritage. This manifests in details that soften the clarity of the interior.
