Croquembouche is a classic French wedding cake, a pièce montée of choux pastry puffs held together with threads of caramel and built by hand into a tower of impossible indulgence.

Flamingo Estate founder Richard Christiansen created the candle as a wedding present for his friends—a sweet way to keep the celebration going even after the day was over.

It opens with the scent of buttery pastry and a bright veil of lemon zest, before softening into whipped marshmallow crème and the quiet bloom of jasmine flower.
