Louis Vuitton Expands Its Iconic Color Blossom Collection
On the occasion of the 130th anniversary of the Louis Vuitton Monogram canvas, the House embraces the creative energy of its most emblematic motif with new expressions of the Color Blossom Fine Jewelry line. First created in 1896 by Georges Vuitton in tribute to his father, the Monogram has become a universal symbol of creativity, endlessly reinterpreted across leather goods, ready‑to‑wear, and now fine jewelry. Since 2015, Color Blossom has celebrated the Monogram flowers through luminous stones carved in volume, each jewel exuding effortless elegance and playful sophistication. Today, the collection welcomes a striking new stone — sodalite, with its rare navy‑blue hue — alongside dazzling pavé designs, adding 28 new jewels to the repertoire.
Sodalite, known as the “salt stone,” is rarely seen in jewelry, making its debut in Color Blossom all the more distinctive. Each rough stone undergoes a meticulous lapidary process to achieve the collection’s signature bombé shape, a sculptural cut that magnifies depth and light. The sodalite launch includes seven new pieces: pendant necklaces in star and sun motifs, a long sautoir, a multi‑motif bracelet, a star stud earring, and an open ring paired with a diamond. Alongside sodalite, pavé creations enrich the line with added luminosity and self‑styling options. White mother‑of‑pearl and malachite medallions, short necklaces alternating sun and star motifs, closed rings, hoop earrings, and a diamond‑studded ear cuff expand the playful versatility of Color Blossom. True to the Monogram’s spirit, these jewels invite wearers to mix, stack, and celebrate color as a universal language of joy, reaffirming Louis Vuitton’s artistry at the intersection of heritage and modernity.
