Terre d'Hermès Eau Givrée

Hermès is in it’s 16th year of producing their ultra sophisticated male fragrance, Terre d’Hermès. They have just launched is their new take on the original fragrance called Eau Givree, which means in a direct translation, “frosty water”. Which will be wonderful for the hot summer we are expecting.

At Hermès, the time and effort placed in launching any product is what have set them apart from the other luxury houses. A Birken Bag is a good example of the level of excellence. This fragrance is for a businessman, it is not so much a Ferrari as it is an Aston Martin. This fragrance is the closests to the original with more Vitiver present, which is where the “cold” notes of the fragrance is derived from.

Terre d'Hermès Eau Givrée is created by perfumer Christine Nagel. The composition combines the power of citron and the penetrating freshness of juniper berries with Timut pepper. These notes create the cold breeze but it is contrasted with the characteristic to Terre d’Hermès.
