NoMad Hilton Singapore — Asia’s Debut of Devotion
Late 2026 will see the arrival of NoMad Hilton Singapore, marking the brand’s first foray into Asia‑Pacific. Rising along Orchard Road, the 19‑storey property will embody NoMad’s signature approach to luxury hospitality, layering immersive dining and cocktail experiences across its spaces.
At its heart are three bold venues:
NoMad Grill — a New York‑style chophouse reimagined for Singapore, celebrating dry‑aged meats, pristine seafood, and brasserie classics with tableside theatre.
Sticky Fingers — playful by day with gourmet soft‑serve sundaes, decadent by night as a dessert‑cocktail lounge overlooking Orchard Road.
The Tropicana Club — a cabaret‑inspired cocktail bar, channeling Havana’s golden age and Singapore’s own cabaret heritage with live music and curated DJ sets.
Complementing these is Lú Bar, a poolside sanctuary where aperitivo cocktails meet lush greenery and design nods to the heron.
“Singapore is one of the most exciting food and beverage cities in the world. Our goal is not simply to bring NoMad to Singapore, but to create something that feels genuinely connected to the city and its culture,” says Leo Robitschek, Global Head of Bars and Hospitality Development.
Robitschek, celebrated for his James Beard Award‑winning cocktail programs, leads the global bar vision. He is joined by Josh Harnden as Global Culinary Director, whose career spans Eleven Madison Park and concept‑driven openings, and Lorenz Hoja as Director of Culinary, bringing precision and craft honed under Joël Robuchon. Bernardo de la Garza steps in as General Manager, with nearly two decades of international hospitality leadership.
The property reflects NoMad’s philosophy: hotels as great homes layered with stories, animated by the collective spirit of their inhabitants. Each venue is designed with its own identity and energy, yet unified by warmth, generosity, and a sense of occasion.
