Rami Malek for Cartier Pasha
Dossier’s favourite actor Rami Malek is the face of Cartier’s Pasha watch, which was originally created by Louis Cartier in 1932 for the Pasha of Marrakech, and eventually revamped by renowned designer Gerald Genta in the 1980s. Cartier has now again modernised the Pasha with a sleeker, more streamlined design, with no markings on the bezel, but with the fundamentals of the Pasha intact – such as the perfect round case, Arabic numerals, blued hands and sapphire cabochon.
We wait patiently to see Rami transform into a villain for the new Bond movie “No time to die”, scheduled eventually for October this year, after a two year waiting period for Covid measures to relax.
