As the vibrant whirlwind of South African Menswear Week unfolded, our team had the privilege of calling the Crystal Towers Marriott in Cape Town home. From the moment we arrived on May 1st, the hotel’s warmth and elegance set the tone for an extraordinary stay.
Upon arrival, we were greeted with an exceptionally warm welcome by the hotel’s dedicated staff and their wonderful marketing assistant. Each of us was ushered into a luxurious king suite, complete with breathtaking views and all the comforts one could desire.
We were also privileged to receive a full tour of the hotel's impressive conference centres, which we will be showcasing in an upcoming Instagram post. The in-house spa offered a serene escape, while the rooftop swimming pool, though we couldn’t swim due to the weather, provided stunning views and a perfect spot to unwind. Another standout feature was the convenient bridge connecting the hotel directly to Canal Walk, making it easy to enjoy a bit of shopping after a delightful breakfast.
The impeccable 24-hour room service was a godsend, especially with our late-night schedules during Fashion Week. The ability to savour a delicious meal at any hour allowed us to recharge and reflect on the day’s highlights. The in-house gentleman’s boutique and the variety of in-house restaurants added further convenience and luxury to our stay.
From May 1st to May 4th, the Crystal Towers Marriott wasn’t just a place to rest; it was an integral part of our Fashion Week journey. The combination of stunning accommodations, superb service, and thoughtful touches made our stay unforgettable.
